AJ has become a well-known resource to hundreds
of athletes at various levels, as a coach, mentor, and/or advisor. He is also an accomplished football
player as he lettered two years in high school and was an All-Area football player at two positions.
For these accomplishments, he was named to his high school's All-Decade Team. He continued on as a student athlete
as he started in the Defensive Backfield for Missouri Western
State University from 1997-1999.
At which time, he returned home to coach football and since has been an invaluable resource to athletes who have
starred in the NFL, AFL, D1, D2, and NAIA levels. In additon to tutoring and advising post high school players,
AJ specializes in the marketing of young athletes to college programs nationwide.
Candi Jackson, Operations Director

Candi is responsible for the overall administration
of FAM1LY F1RST Athlete Services. She has extensive experience in the banking industry, business administration,
and is currently an employee of local city government. She is also an accomplished softball player as
she lettered, and was an All-Area softball player, three years in high school. She also participated in intercollegiate
athletics. These experiences are invaluable in assisting with scouting, recruiting, and advising. Candi
acts as a liaison between us and our clients, as well as our clients' programs nationwide.
Jen Sanderson, Academic Advisor
Jen, a UC Berkeley graduate, offers her invaluable academic
insight to our student athletes. She has always been passionate about helping her community, but particularly enjoys mentoring
high school students. Through the years, Jen has helped countless students with academic planning and college applications.
Jen is also a member of the Sports Lawyers Association and an avid Cal football fan. Student athletes needing advisement
